Overview Specialist Wellbeing Sessions provide personalised, holistic support tailored to individual needs across mental health, disability, and neurodiversity. Sessions are designed to support wellbeing, personal development, and overall functioning. Session Access & Use Sessions are delivered on a one-to-one basis with a qualified specialist. Where applicable, sessions may be delivered by different professionals depending on the individual’s needs. Sessions may include mentoring, wellbeing support, and specialist guidance. Use of Allocated Hours Sessions are deducted from the allocated membership hours. Hours can be used flexibly across available specialists. Delivery of Sessions Sessions are available online or in person (where applicable). The format and structure of sessions will be agreed in advance. Booking & Cancellations All sessions must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being deducted from allocated hours. Flexibility Additional sessions or hours can be requested, subject to availability. Unused hours may be carried forward in line with the overall membership terms (where applicable). Scope of Support Sessions are delivered by qualified professionals with expertise in mental health, disability, and neurodiversity. This service provides wellbeing support and guidance and does not replace clinical, medical, or emergency services. Confidentiality & Safeguarding All sessions are confidential and delivered in line with professional and safeguarding standards. Information may only be shared where required by law or where there is a risk of harm. Non-Transferability Sessions are intended for the named individual and cannot be transferred to another person. Amendments We reserve the right to update this policy where necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
