Request Onyx Support as a NMH Provider
If your current Non-Medical Help (NMH) provider isn’t meeting your needs or you’re not satisfied with the support you’re receiving, you can request a change.
Switching to Onyx Support is simple, just contact your funding body and ask to have your support transferred to us.
If you’re unsure who your funding body is, check your funding letter, which you should have received after your needs assessment. Alternatively, your university’s disability services can provide this information.
